Since 2023, Czech law has required employers with 50 or more employees to run an internal reporting system and to assess whether each report is well founded. Reports often arrive as one written account. Interviews come later, after weeks or months of document review.

We rarely record interviews. Does it still help?
Yes. Veriteus works with written statements, reports and interview notes. Voice analysis needs a recording made with the person’s consent.
What rights do the people interviewed keep?
All of them, under data protection and employment law. We expect you to tell them how their statements are processed. Our Responsible use policy sets this out.
Do you use our case data to train models?
Only if you agree to it in your contract.
